Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued when a product is damaged, defective, wrong, or significantly different from the description. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Refund Timeline

Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. After inspection, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Innerwear and hosiery products, customized products, used products, and wholesale bulk orders may not be eligible for refund.
