Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery, and the order will be handled under the refund policy.

Cancellation by SUNRAGE

We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to verify payment.

Wholesale Order Cancellations

Wholesale orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation charges may apply.
